The application of James Grega, 2432 Wetzel Run Drive, Weatherly, PA, 18255.  The applicant seeks an amendment to the Packer Township Zoning Map, pursuant to Section 1401 of the Zoning Ordinance, to rezone the subject parcel as I-1 Light Industrial District.  The property in question is located on State Route 93, Weatherly, PA 18255, in the R-1 Zoning District.  Tax Parcel ID: 112-45-A4
